This page describes how the NamaCor website (this site) handles personal information. The NamaCor application itself, and the data your company stores in it, are covered by your customer agreement.
What we collect
- Forms: when you request a demo or a trial, we receive the name, company, email, phone and message you type. The form is delivered to our inbox by a form-forwarding service and used only to reply to you.
- Analytics: we use privacy-preserving web analytics that count page views without cookies and without identifying visitors.
- We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell or share personal information.
Retention
Requests are kept as long as needed to reply and follow up on your project, then deleted on request or after a reasonable time.
Your rights
Under Quebec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent. Write to the privacy contact below; we reply within thirty days.
